Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. 

Orders
Goods are to be paid for prior to delivery. 

Payment may be made by credit card via PAYPAL or cheque payable to Marcos (In this instance: cheque must be cleared before the product/s will be dispatched).

Marcos is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Marcos and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Delivery
A postage charge will be supplied with your order. 

Your order will be delivered using registered mail.
Delivery charges:
Within Australia & N.Z $19.95 including Registered insured post (signature required when product/s arrive).  Additional $6.50 for more than 2 or more items purchased during one transaction.

Returns
In the event of a warranty claim, the product carries a 1 yr limited warranty against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Damage due to the improper handling of the product relating to plastic parts, 360° swivel cord or metal parts are not covered in our warranty.  Postage costs on returned goods will not be refunded.  

Delivery Delays
If you have not received your products within a reasonable timeframe please email: retail@marcos-style.com.

In most cases the products will arrive within 1 week (within Australia).  Marcos will not be liable for claims arising from delay in delivery due to strikes, shipping accidents, unavailability of stock or events beyond its control.  If ordering out of stock items, a time frame for delivery will be estimated prior to.

Warranty and Workmanship
The best quality workmanship is guaranteed when you purchase from Marcos.  Marcos warrants its products are free of manufacturing defects, faulty material or workmanship for a period of 12 months (limited warranty) from delivery.  In the event of defective parts or materials the product will be replaced free of charge. Damage due to the improper handling of the product relating to plastic parts, 360°swivel cord or metal parts are not covered in our warranty.

Connection must be to the voltage requirements as specified in the ratings label located on the product.

Marcos does not accept liability for any direct or consequential damage, loss or other expenses arising from misuse or incorrect installation and operation of the product.  Your Purchase Invoice is proof of date of purchase.  You must be able to present it to obtain a replacement under warranty.  You must notify Marcos within 7 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. 

Postage for delivery dates are estimates only. 

This warranty does not cover (1) physical damage, (2) submersion of the product in water, (3) cord damage due to contact with heated Tourmaline plates, (4) misuse for other than intended purposes.  The product may not be used in countries other than the country of purchase.  Using the product in countries other than the one in which it was purchased is considered misuse and any damage that is incurred is not covered under warranty.

Maintenance
Use a clean, white, slightly damp cloth to clean the outside handle area.
Please take extra care when cleaning the Tourmaline plates.  Wipe the plates with a slightly damp cloth.  Do not use any abrasive cleaning materials to clean the plates. Do not scratch the plates as this will damage the effectiveness of the Tourmaline.
