Marcos professional hair straighteners are guaranteed for 1 year (limited warranty) from date of purchase. 

NOTE: The Marcos Professional Hair Straightener carries a 1 yr limited warranty against defects caused by faulty material or workmanship. Damage due to the improper handling of the Marcos hair straightener relating to plastic parts, 360 swivel cord or metal parts are not covered in our warranty.

If you purchased your Marcos Professional Hair Straightener directly from our Marcos-Store please contact us directly at info@marcos-style.com.  If your purchase was made through a salon, you must retain your receipt to obtain your warranty.  We are not responsible for lost receipts + unfortunately in those circumstances a warranty cannot be honoured.
